By submitting, you as our valued client, agree to the terms and conditions. Terms and Conditions of Dirty Time Landscaping, LLC: Payment Terms: Payment for services rendered by Dirty Time Landscaping, LLC ("the Company") is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late Payments: In the event of non-payment within 30 days, the Company reserves the right to charge interest at a rate of 8% on all unpaid balances. Legal Action: If payment is not received within 60 days of the due date, the Company reserves the right to pursue legal action to collect unpaid balances. Any legal fees, court costs, or fines incurred in the process will be the responsibility of the client. Collection Fees: Should the Company need to engage in collection efforts to recover past due balances, any associated fees will be the responsibility of the client. Termination of Services: Failure to adhere to payment terms may result in the suspension or termination of services provided by the Company. Damages: the Company is not liable for minor disturbances or damages resulting from snow maintenance services, including but not limited to lawn or sod displacement, movement of driveway stones, or damage to objects not marked with a high-visibility marker. Clients are encouraged to mark any areas of concern to prevent accidental disturbance and to notify the Company of such areas before service. By engaging with Dirty Time Landscaping, LLC, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Any deviations or exceptions to these terms must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
